A prepayment via bank wire or PayPal within 24 hours after you book is required to secure your reservation.

During the Chinese New Year, please pay the full prepayment within 24 hours after you book to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any transfer instructions.

Guests may contact the hotel to get a travel guide.

Free pick-up service from the railway station is available between 14:00 and 18:00. Guests in need are required to reserve the service 2 days in advance.

The front desk is not available for 24 hours. Guests who expect to arrive later than 18:00 are suggested to inform the hotel of estimated arrival time at least 1 day in advance.

Each of the guestrooms is for up to 2 guests. A child under 3 years old can stay in the existing bed free of charge but breakfast is not included. For the 2nd child, extra charges apply.

The property allows 1 pet only. Guests need to inform the property in advance and extra charges apply.

Please note that breakfasts are not included in all room types.

Please note that the all room types will only offer toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, soap and small towels in bathroom. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
